IEEE Authorship and Open Access Symposium. Tips and Best Practices to Get Published from IEEE Editors

During the webinar, authors will learn best practices for preparing a manuscript, navigating the journal submission process, and important publishing tips. Opportunities for authors and academic institutions to increase the visibility and impact of their research by publishing in the many open access options available from the IEEE will also be discussed.

Dr. Petar Popovski, a professor at Aalborg University in Denmark and current editor-in-chief of the IEEE Journal on Selected Areas in Communications and chair of the IEEE Communication Theory Technical Committee, will provide his insights on the IEEE peer review process and article submission, as well as guidance on IEEE editorial expectations. Other IEEE presenters will also discuss topics such as open access programs for institutions, research strategies using the IEEE Xplore digital library, tools and other resources for authors.
