GeoRef

GeoRef, created by the American Geoscience Institute, records world literature in the field of geology and allied sciences. The database indexes articles from 3500 journals published in 40 languages, books, maps, conference proceedings, reports and dissertations. It contains over 2 mln records (bibliographic descriptions), more than 100 thousand records are added annually. The database covers geology of North America since 1693, and geology of the rest of the world since 1933.
GeoRef is a counterpart of four largest bibliographic publications in the field of geology: Bibliography of North American Geology, Bibliography and Index of Geology Exclusive of North America, Geophysical Abstracts oraz Bibliography and Index of Geology.
